Psychologist, graduated from l’Université de Sherbrooke at the Bachelor degree and then the Masters degree (1993), Sophie has practiced for several years within organizations (workplaces of the public and private sector), with individuals and teams work teams. In her career, she has also supported many individuals with personal difficulties such as anxiety, depression, exhaustion (out f work), difficulties of adaptation to work, difficulties related to family life, breakup in love , seeking self-confidence, making difficult decisions, difficulties in managing emotions, learning new behaviors in relationships with others. Sophie works with an adult clientele consulting on a personal basis (private clients) or referred by paying agencies (insurers, CNESST, SAAQ, IVAC). She is also part of the Clinical Interdisciplinary Rehabilitation Team (2nd Line Interdisciplinary Rehabilitation Program), working closely with other professionals involved with her clients when needed.
