A graduate of McGill University, Sophie has been practicing physiotherapy for more than 20 years and is a co-owner of the Clinique de réadaptation physique Roussillon since 1997. Very rigorous, she puts a lot of heart into everything she does and combines various approaches to help her patients recover as quickly as possible. Over the years, she has done much continuing education related to orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries, including ART (Active Release Techniques), which has earned her the title of full body certified therapist in this approach which is highly valued by sportsmen. Sophie also has the knowledge enabling her to offer specific physiotherapy treatments to the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) that can greatly help people with problems and / or pain in the jaw. Triathlete and marathoner, Sophie participates annually in numerous sporting events. This particularity allows her to understand the reality of runners, cyclists and swimmers with whom she shares the same passions.
