Path and training

Graduated from Concordia University in sports therapy and exercise science, as well as in neuroscience and multidisciplinary sciences, Stéphanie is a member of the Canadian Association of Sport Therapists (CATA) and has over ten years of experience in rehabilitation and physical conditioning.

Training and specializations

Her professional journey was marked by a stay in Australia, where she observed the work of therapists from the professional teams Sydney FC (soccer) and Sydney Swan (rugby). She has also collaborated with the Montreal Alouettes performance teams, as well as with Judo Canada and Karate Canada during major competitions and for national dance competitions. She has worked with several professional athletes, university and college teams, and was the lead therapist for concussion rehabilitation. This varied experience allowed her to develop great versatility with clients of all ages and activity levels.

Passions and understanding of customers

Very active on the sporting level, Stéphanie is a marathon runner and triathlete, and played soccer for her university team. She also practices yoga and dek hockey for fun. In the past, she has competed in diving and she has practiced dance. These activities give her a considerable asset in understanding physical rehabilitation focused on returning to amateur and competitive sport.
