A graduate of Concordia University, I obtained a bachelor’s degree in sports therapy in 2024. I also completed a training course in massage therapy at Kiné-Concept in 2018. Anxious to keep my knowledge up to date, I continued my personal development by taking advanced training in 2020.
I am able to assess and treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal injuries, both in the active population and in the general population.
I place great importance on a human, empathetic and personalized approach. Listening to my patients, I take the time to fully understand their needs, goals and reality in order to adapt each treatment plan to their situation. My goal is to effectively support them towards a sustainable return to their activities.
Outside of work, I like to stay active by swimming and cycling. I also enjoy board games and I enjoy my best moments by sharing a good meal with my family and friends.
